Surprise Find

Nest was found abandoned on my parents' driveway. The egg was actually cracked open. With my zoom lens, I was able to get up close for this shot. I am amazed at the integrity of the construction of this little nest. I'm thinking the wind had blown it down out of a nearby tree.
